I don't know whether to thank or curse Candy Lesher for this article. We drove all the way from Anthem to Tempe to try the croissant and macaron and now have a very serious addiction! Who is going to pay for all the gas back and forth to this incredible bakery not to mention who is going to work off all the extra inches/pounds as a result of this new indulgence? Ms. Lesher did not overstate how wonderful these pastries are. I agree that the almond croissant is the best and I'm also partial to the expresso and caramel macarons. They are to die for!

I can't wait to try these. Tempe is a haul from Anthem but for a real croissant it is worth the trip. I still remember the ones we had in Montreal on our honeymoon. Nothing has ever come close. We'll definitely check this place out.
