We had reservations at 645 and when we arrived at 640, we were told our table wasn't ready so we waited until 7:00. While we were waiting there was a couple seated about 20 mins before us. As we got to our table we noticed that they're waiter hadn't even come by their table yet. Our waiter came by serviced us right away, they continued to wait for over an hour to enjoy their appetizer. We got our entree before they even got their appetizer! We felt so bad for them that we told the manager that we were willing to pay for their dinner, but she said we didn't need to and they only comped their drinks! The manager said she was new and had too many tables, why would you assign someone new to a lot of tables and especially on valentines day? We probably won't go back for a while unless we get the same waiter, sorry but couldn't remember his name but he was French. He checked on us frequently. He was very good.
